$300 million between around 1K employees is around $300K per person... What is there to complain about?

This is a really good deal in the context of the current wealth-concentrating, economy-destroying crony-capitalist system. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Try to think of how much of that $300K you’re getting comes out of regular citizen’s pockets (e.g. from government contracts and freshly printed central bank money).

If you really want to work for the betterment of society, there are plenty of communist, socialist or anarcho-capitalist movements to choose from; they're gaining a lot of momentum nowadays.

You can't make society better by working for crony capitalists. You only have yourself to blame. It's a good lesson.
