I disagree with the racial inferences in this article. It's not fair to decent people to suggest that their race makes them inherently evil. Otherwise, you could pick any corrupt head of state or major corporate executive and make a similar argument about any race of your choosing.
Even in an extreme case if we started labeling ignorance and apathy as evil, I doubt we would find any corellation to be able to single out any specific race.
If we were to adopt such attitude of blaming people purely based on how much they benefit from our exploitative system (regardless of their awareness of it), we might as well say that anybody who can afford a computer and electricity to read this comment is evil.
