I understand this particular point but as a white person who isn't getting any such dividends, it's not fair to put me in a bucket with these other white people who are.

I support any reasonable attempt to reform the system to facilitate fair competition and provide equality of opportunities. I spend a lot of my time talking and writing online to try to educate as many people as possible about the flaws in our economic system which are preventing us from having a fair system. I'm not doing this only for others. I also do it in a large part for myself because I don't think I have any chance of getting anywhere in the current system based on how things are. Unfortunately, working hard and delivering results means nothing these days. That's the real issue.
