It seems like a very small thing given the amount of scrutiny he's been under. Is that all they found? If we want to go down that path, we'd have to jail all corporate executives in America... We know what the 'golden handshakes' and big exit packages of corporate CEOs are really about; it's to keep their mouths shut about any dirty deeds which they may have witnessed. They're also mostly hush payments; not so different from hush payments which one might might have made to an adult film star.

If we go down that route, most corporate board members in the US should go to jail for falsifying transactions related to 'CEO hush payment' being mislabeled as 'CEO exit bonus'.
