It's a good learning experience. People shouldn't take it personally. Most big companies are incapable of recognizing talent and they almost don't care. They just need a certain baseline of skill. Being fired from such company means nothing just like being hired by such company also means nothing. It's all labelling and branding. It's superficial, it's fake. Some very talented people were fired along with the untalented ones.
