Well dollars, euros and other fiat are not money either. Anyone who watched the stock prices of the biggest corporations rise sharply soon after the COVID19 intervention from the Fed (aka 'bailouts') can be 100% sure that the current monetary system no longer works.

There is no doubt about it. There is no room for logical argument. Anyone can see it with their own eyes, clear as day.
